You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases: |
| ✔ Illness or injury | ✔ Change of residence |
| ✔ Quarantine | ✔ Cancellation or change to your vacation plans |
| ✔ Death | ✔ Inability to reach the ski resort |
| ✔ Hospitalization | ✔ Damage to the home |
| ✔ Summons for a medical examination | ✔ Termination or new hire |
Always keep your receipt for payment of ski or snowboard lessons so you can request a refund in case of cancellation.
All coverage provided by this insurance policy includes a fixed and absolute deductible of €30 per claim. In the event of a claim, you must notify us before the start of the lesson you are unable to attend and provide the required documentation.
